What is your legal drinking age policy?

You must be 21+ in the US to order and receive alcohol. We verify ID at delivery and will not release it to underage recipients.

 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as wire transfer. All transactions are processed securely. 
Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts throughout the year, some going as high as 30% off. You can visit our coupon & deals page to check active offers. 
How do I place a corporate or bulk order? 

To place a corporate or bulk order, start by downloading our bulk order form. Fill it out and send it to us at Email  to get started. For customization, engraving, or personalization requests, you can also reach out via email, live chat, or call us at 703-626-9045. Our team will get in touch and send a custom invoice the same day. 
What is the return or refund policy?

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued for the product value only; original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. A 15% restocking fee may also apply to eligible returns. For more details, visit our refund policy. 
Can you ship alcohol anywhere in the U.S.?

We can ship wine to most states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to a number of states, due to specific regulations in those states. The list of restricted states may change from time to time. At present, the restricted states are Kentucky, Mississippi, Delaware and Utah. 
Is Same Day Delivery Available?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. for a flat fee of $50. All orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays and occasionally during the weeks leading up to Christmas). 
How much will the shipping cost?

UPS Ground shipping is $20 for East Coast states, including Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. For the West Coast and other states such as California, Florida, Texas, Washington, and Colorado, the shipping cost is $30. 
Do you ship internationally? 

Sorry, we do not ship out of the country.
